+ Area: Outpatient- Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP)
+ Monday-Friday
+ Days: 7:30am - 4:00pm

Here's what you'll do
In this role, the Service Representative will provide navigation services for patients requiring breast and cervical cancer screening and treatment services through the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP). The mission of IBCCP is to increase access to breast and cervical health services for uninsured women and to improve health outcomes. This role will help enroll patients in the program, facilitate linkage to screening and diagnostic services at Mercy Care Center and at partner hospitals, accessing Cornerstone regularly, provide patient education and outreach, and participate in staff education about this program.
Here is what you'll need:
Minimum Education:
Required:
+ Associates degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
+ 3-5 years of previous job-related experience; customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting
+ Experience using Epic EMR, familiarity with Cornerstone
Preferred:
+ Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) not required but is a plus.
+ Previous experience working with IBCCP- Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program or experience in community health or with a similar patient population preferred

Pay Range: $18.00 - 24.00 per hour
