    **Status:** Full-Time | Exempt

    What** **You’ll** **Do:

    + Provide clinical and administrative leadership to nursing staff

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered care

    + Support staff education, coaching, and performance development

    + Assist in regulatory compliance, survey prep, and continuous quality improvement

    + Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation within budget

    + Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and professional growth

    What** **You’ll** **Bring:

    + CT RN license, CPR certified

    + Bachelor's in nursing (preferred)

    + 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in long-term care and management

    + Working knowledge of OBRA and state/federal regulations

    + Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
