    What You'll Be Doing

    + Oversee daily operations of the aggregate quarry, ensuring production efficiency and safety compliance.

    + Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.

    + Manage resources effectively, including budgets, inventory, and personnel.

    + Implement and uphold environmental standards and company policies.

    + Analyze market conditions and production reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
