Additional Information About the Role
Christian Hospital has an opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator to support the nursing resources department.
Must be able to work 3 12 hour overnight (7p-7a) shifts. Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
Must be able to train on day shift for several weeks.
Previous experience working in healthcare is a plus!

_Northwest HealthCare_ , six miles west of Christian, offers 24- hour emergency care, the Sleep Disorders Center and a variety of outpatient diagnostic and imaging services.
The Nursing Resources Department is responsible for the 24 management of the major functions over nursing, clerical, and ancillary staff.
Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Responsible for coordinating the allocation of staffing activities within the department. May perform other departmental support duties, including payroll functions.
Responsibilities
+ Allocates permanent and temporary staff to provide daily staffing coverage.
+ Evaluates staffing levels and skill mix, and quantity needed to provide appropriate coverage..
+ Assists with front nursing office and administration duties as needed.
+ Reviews and approves departmental time tracking for payroll purposes.
