• Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift)

    Job Description

    An employer is looking for a Maintenance Technician in the Cincinnati area. This person will join a large maintenance team and spend their time maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment for a fast-paced environment in the food industry. Repairs/maintenance on equipment can range from gearboxes, filers, bearings, valves, sprocket alignments, limit switches, air systems, ovens, motors, hydraulic components, PLC's, etc. They will also complete basic welding duties as well as use hand tools such as grinders, saws, drills, bearing press, etc. The manager is willing to offer paid training and will cross train employees. The company does not outsource their maintenance work, so there is plenty of opportunity to develop skills further.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Industrial maintenance background (strongly preferred)

     

    Mechanical/electrical repairs

     

    Strong communication skills

     

    Fast paced environment

     

    Okay with 3rd shift (11PM-7:30AM)

     

    Okay with OT & some weekends for projects (48 hours a week)

     

    Stable work history (or Recent Graduate from Technical School)

     

    Tools/Toolbox required PLC troubleshooting experience (strongly preferred)

     

    Food industry background

    Robotics experience

    PLC Programming Experience

    Experience Modifying Code null
