Job Description

A hospitality client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Technical Program Manager to their Tech Delivery team out of their Orlando, FL headquarters to assist in the modernization of their current timeshare based ERP system. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience working cross functionally with multiple team, the ability to articulate project stance and needs, and having the ability to create strong business relationships. This individual should expect for this opportunity to be about 60% in a technical program management role and 40% in a scrum master capacity. The typical daily responsibilities include holding the relationship within the business and development teams, steering status meetings, owning the full scope and needs of projects, and the ability to understand and explain the entirely of the product they are owning. This opportunity requires 4 days in office and remote Fridays each week. The pay range for this opportunity is $110,000-150,000 based on experience.

Skills and Requirements

Hands-on technical program management experience

Product ownership background or product based project work

Scrum Master experience

Experience with Agile methodologies Have led any back end development projects

Hospitality or timeshare experience

Understanding of the customer journey null
