    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    The Client Liaison serves as a key contact point for new and existing client accounts. Primary responsibilities include: establish and maintain client relationships through regular telephone contact and periodic site visits , document client interactions and account information in IRL systems, prepare client education materials, monitor client service levels, research and follow-up on client concerns, identify and address trends that may impact client service levels, triage client pricing requests, process client set-up and maintenance requests, and work with organizational resources to respond to client needs.

     

    Field limited to no more that 20% for the following activities: client training on Access IRL ordering/resulting system, and participation at approved client meetings.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Provides training of client account personnel on IRL software, interfaces, specimen collection, submission, and billing processes.

    + Is proficient in and serves as a subject matter expert for the Access IRL client application system for ordering and result retrieval.

    + Assists the organization in the definition and development of new products, services, or functionality to meet client needs.

    + Provided on-call support for client accounts

    + Assists in the maintenance of Access IRL system access for client account personnel

    + Attends approved client account meetings as requested and conducts presentations as needed. No more than 20% of time in the field.

    + Establishes constructive business relationships with client accounts

    + Creates a positive client support experience and builds strong relationships through deep problem understanding, timely resolution or escalation, providing prompt status updates, and handling client interactions with the utmost professionalism.

    + Analyzes client account issues and concerns and is proactive in addressing trends that may impact client satisfaction.

    + Communicates, monitors and prioritizes client requests within the organization. Works effectively across organizational boundaries to resolve client issues and respond to client requests.

    + Documents all client interactions in CRM (Salesforce.com)

    + Is competent and responsible in following safety policies and procedures.

    + Protects sensitive and confidential information; adheres to company policies and standards regarding both privacy & security

    + Maintains required written client records and documentation regarding the status of each account.

    + Prepares weekly/monthly reports

    + Completes assigned courses and training on an annual basis

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION:

    + An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field is preferred.

    + However, a high school diploma or GED is required.

    EXPERIENCE:

    + One (1) year of experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
