Our client is seeking a Coating Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow instructions.

**Job Title:** 3rd Shift - Coating Operator

**Location:** Clear Lake, WI

**Pay Range:** $18- 20

What's the Job?

+ Operate parylene deposition systems to coat customer-supplied parts according to specifications.

+ Monitor process equipment during runs and verify coating thickness using measurement tools.

+ Maintain accurate records, checklists, and log books on equipment and processes.

What's Needed?

+ Proven mechanical ability or previous machine operator experience.

+ Ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions in English.

+ Strong manual dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination.

+ Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems is preferred.

+ Basic computer knowledge and math skills.

What's in it for me?

+ Starting Pay of $18 - $20/hr

+ 10 Hour Shifts, Mon-Thur schedule.

+ Weekly pay with Direct Deposit.
