Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient material management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Warehouse Supervisor

Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000

What's the Job?

+ Manage the receipt, inspection, and delivery of inbound materials and ensure timely, accurate outbound shipments.

+ Oversee storage operations and coordinate the forklift/clerk team, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal space utilization.

+ Collaborate with 3PL vendors and warehouse teams to ensure seamless transportation and storage solutions.

+ Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve inventory management.

+ Supervise and train materials handling staff to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.

+ Proficiency in inventory/WMS systems, Excel, and materials flow processes.

+ Forklift certified with basic data analytics skills.

+ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
