Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a HR Manager to join their team. As a HR Manager, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the overall workforce strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Davenport, IA
**Pay Range:** $100,000 - $115,000
What's the Job?
+ Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring and interviewing staff.
+ Manage the talent acquisition process, collaborating with corporate Talent Acquisition leads.
+ Provide support and guidance on complex HR issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
+ Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
+ Oversee employee engagement initiatives to promote a strong workplace culture.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related HR software.
+ Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
