Description
As part of the broader strategy for Striving to be Earth’s Best Employer, this role promotes workplace effectiveness, employee experience and engagement, and talent retention for the immediate and long-term success of individual team members and business objectives. This is done by collaboratively partnering cross-functionally to facilitate alignment, collaboration, productivity, and job satisfaction to identify needs for onboarding, upskilling, and engagement while deploying the strategy. The role will include defining and implementing the strategy for upskilling.
Key job responsibilities
- Write Business documents (PRFAQ, white papers, etc) to define the strategy for Upskilling for AR employees and design an implementation plan.
- Develop and maintain the execution of employee technical certifications for FTR
- Operationalize, evaluate, mechanize, and scale the certification initiatives that successfully elevate team member’s strategic understanding and employee's self-driven alignment to the broader org vision
- Navigate high ambiguity by gathering and actioning on Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback from world-wide employees and subject matter experts for the upskilling needs across job functions.
- Develop programs and products to deliver strategic upskilling of AR employees.
- Advise senior leaders and advocate for the employee experience in ways that build and sustain a culture of trust, wellness and belonging
- Facilitate agile, two-way communication across global nodes and promote inclusive learning products
- Business travel (including international if needed) - approximately 33%

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
