    Our direct client is seeking** **Full-Stack .NET Developer with IVR specific experience.

     

    Join a dynamic Agile team of 6–10 developers working to enhance customer service applications, including web and IVR solutions. You’ll deliver modern functionality for customers and contact agents across both on-prem and Azure environments. Expect a mix of backend and frontend work with a fast-paced, lightly supervised structure.

     

    **Location:** 100% Remote (EST/CST preferred; strong PST candidates considered)

    **Type:** Contract – long term

    What You’ll Do

    + Design, develop, and test user stories

    + Attend daily stand-ups and bi-weekly demos

    + Work with ambiguous requirements and drive clarity

    + Develop integrations with APIs and various Azure services

    Required Skills

    + **IVR experience**

    + **.NET Core** , **Entity Framework Core** , **WEB API**

    + **JavaScript** frameworks: **Angular** or **React**

    + **CSS Frameworks** : Bootstrap, Angular Material

    + RESTful services, 3rd-party API integration

    + Azure Services: App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL

    + Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)

    + Strong **SQL Server** knowledge: indexing, query optimization

    + Unit and integration testing

    + Solid understanding of **SOLID principles** and secure coding practices

    + Experience with Postman, Fiddler, SoapUI

    Nice to Have

    + Java experience

    + Azure CLI / PowerShell

    + Docker

    + Oracle

    Soft Skills

    + Strong communication and collaboration abilities

    + Self-starter with minimal oversight

    + Agile (Scrum) experience
