What you'll be doing?

We are looking for IT Support to join our growing team. Our collaborative team of consultants delivers results across multiple verticals and technology platforms to mid-size and enterprise clients. At Fresh Consulting you will experience a dynamic work environment with a talented team, excellent benefits, and an innovative culture.

Core Responsibilities:

+ Help with computer/laptop and other IT issues

+ Manage our Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform

+ Managing user access/user permissions

+ Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire team

+ Install and configure software and computers for new hires

+ Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems

+ Day-to-day troubleshooting and resolving issues with software or hardware

+ Responsible for all physical IT equipment

+ Managing infrastructure (switches, networks, ports, wifi)

+ Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business

+ Staying current on new technologies and best practices

Desired Skills:

+ 3+ years of IT support for a technology company serving internal customers (i.e. employees “on the internal network”, not external customers)

+ Extreme professionalism, confidentiality, and trust needed

+ Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications

+ Willingness to solve complicated problems. And see projects through to completion

+ Ability to communicate with business and technical audiences

+ Analytical skills, ability to “think outside the box”

+ Ability to take ownerships of the tasks/projects assigned

+ Ability to work independently without much guidance or supervision

+ High attention to detail and personal organization skills

+ Ability to work, plan, and execute independently

+ Excellent organization and communication skill, both verbal and written

Bonus Skills:

+ Familiarity with compliance regulations (ITAR, export controls, GDPR)

+ Scripting or programming a plus

Desired Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

For a Washington-State-based role, the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
