    Job Description:

    Support the Lead Recruiter as well as the HR Manager and Generalist with a wide range of HR and recruiting duties as needed.

     

    Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting (end to end recruitment) for Light Industrial, Engineering, and Business Operations roles.

    Responsibilities:

    * Review job details and prepare postings

    * In coordination with hiring manager determine recruitment strategy including pre-screening questions, and where advertising would occur

    * Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networking, and online tools.

    * Provide initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screens or interviews where applicable.

    * Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.

    * Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

    * Develop pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions as well as hard to fill locations.

    * Provide consultation and training to hiring managers regarding recruitment and selection processes as well as interviewing.

    * Lead the Affirmative Action and Diversity and Inclusion initiative.

    * Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

    * Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

    * Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

    * Maintain the organization structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

    * Maintain and update US HR policies and standard operating procedures;

    * Perform additional HR generalist duties as needed and assigned.

    Education and Experience:

    * Bachelor"s Degree; preferred degrees include Human Resources and/or Business Management and 3 years of relevant work experience

    * OR a Master"s degree and 1 year of relevant work experience.

    * Experience working as an HR professional within a manufacturing setting preferred.

    * 3+ years" experience conducting full life-cycle recruiting.

    * Prior experience working and applying HR principles

    Skills and Knowledge:

    * Strong sourcing strategy to leverage diverse high caliber candidates,

    * Able to pre-screen candidates

    * Able to monitor requisition status to ensure an efficient recruitment process

    * Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities

    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    * Computer skills

    * Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking

    Descripci*n del puesto:

    Apoyar al Reclutador/a Principal, as* como al Gerente/a de RR. HH. y al Generalista con una amplia gama de tareas de RR. HH. y reclutamiento, seg*n sea necesario.

     

    Responsable del reclutamiento integral (de principio a fin) para puestos en industria ligera, ingenier*a y operaciones comerciales.

    Responsabilidades:

    * Revisar los detalles de las vacantes y preparar las publicaciones.

    * En coordinaci*n con el gerente de contrataci*n, determinar la estrategia de reclutamiento, incluyendo preguntas de preselecci*n y d*nde se publicar*n los anuncios.

    * Buscar y reclutar candidatos mediante bases de datos, redes sociales, redes sociales y herramientas en l*nea.

    * Realizar una selecci*n inicial de candidatos, as* como entrevistas telef*nicas o entrevistas cuando corresponda.

    * Realizar entrevistas utilizando diversas herramientas confiables de reclutamiento y selecci*n.

    * Actuar como punto de contacto y construir relaciones influyentes con los candidatos durante el proceso de selecci*n.

    * Desarrollar una cartera de talento, espec*ficamente para puestos con alta demanda, as* como para puestos dif*ciles de cubrir.

    * Brindar consultor*a y capacitaci*n a los gerentes de contrataci*n sobre los procesos de reclutamiento y selecci*n, as* como sobre entrevistas.

    * Liderar la iniciativa de Acci*n Afirmativa, Diversidad e Inclusi*n.

    * Realizar la incorporaci*n de empleados y ayudar a organizar iniciativas de capacitaci*n y desarrollo.

    * Brindar apoyo a los empleados en diversos temas relacionados con RR. HH., como licencias y compensaci*n, y resolver cualquier problema que pueda surgir. * Recopilar y analizar datos con m*tricas *tiles de RR. HH., como el tiempo de contrataci*n y la rotaci*n de personal.

    * Mantener la estructura de la organizaci*n actualizando los requisitos y las descripciones de todos los puestos.

    * Mantener y actualizar las pol*ticas y los procedimientos operativos est*ndar de RR. HH. de EE. UU.

    * Realizar tareas adicionales de RR. HH. seg*n sea necesario y se le asigne.

    Educaci*n y experiencia:

    * Licenciatura; se prefieren t*tulos en Recursos Humanos y/o Administraci*n de Empresas y 3 a*os de experiencia laboral relevante.

    * O una maestr*a y 1 a*o de experiencia laboral relevante.

    * Se prefiere experiencia como profesional de RR. HH. en un entorno de fabricaci*n.

    * M*s de 3 a*os de experiencia en la contrataci*n integral. * Experiencia previa trabajando y aplicando principios de RR. HH.

    Habilidades y conocimientos:

    * S*lida estrategia de contrataci*n para aprovechar la diversidad de candidatos de alto nivel.

    * Capacidad para preseleccionar candidatos.
