    + Consistently produces a minimum of 40 flat-rate hours per week

    + Is confident diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and performing light mechanical work

    + Thrives in a team-oriented environment

    + Communicates openly and clearly with advisors and fellow technicians

    + Is committed to delivering quality repairs and excellent customer service
