Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Principal/Sr Principal Property and Asset Management Analyst **.** This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO and will support the Sentinel program in the SDS Division. This position may be filled at a higher level based on qualifications listed below.
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Oversee, lead/manage, and analyze activities associated with property management standards and practices to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractor sites are managed and controlled in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence with an approved Property Business System.
+ Establish and maintain complete life cycle property accountability records and ensure property systems remain compliant across all phases of the life-cycle.
+ Maintain proper documentation to support each lifecycle transactional event, determine condition and lead proper disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.
+ Duties will include familiarity with contractual terms that drive company requirements and obligations.
+ Working knowledge with both internal tools (i.e. SAP) and external tools (PIEE GFP Module) to meet NG contract obligations.
+ Host and lead internal and external Property Business System audits and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; and prepare periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc.
+ Performs inventories, utilization reviews, property surveys/audits, segregation and disposition of excess property
+ Provides training and guidance to program employees to ensure government property compliance is maintained
Basic Qualifications
_This position may be filled at a Principal level or Sr. Principal level_
+ Principal Property Asset Management Analyst: 5 years of experience with a Bachelors; or 3 years of experience with a Masters; 1 year of experience with a PhD: or a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 9 years of related industry experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
+ Sr. Principal Asset Management Analyst: 8 years of experience with a Bachelors; or 6 years of experience with a Masters; 4 years of experience with a PhD; or a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12 years of related industry experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
+ Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
+ Requires experience with FAR, DFARS, and DoD Government Property Regulations
+ Requires experience with SAP (S4 Hana)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Active DoD Secret/SCI/Top Secret level security clearance (with the investigation in the past 6 years)
+ Possesses strong communication skills when interacting with customers, DCMA and internal company personnel
+ Ability to work with diverse levels of internal/external customers, i.e., DCMA, OEM Customers
+ Certification as a Professional Property Administrator (CPPS/CPPA)
+ Subcontractor Control Experience

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Salary Range: $75,400.00 - $113,000.00Salary Range 2: $93,800.00 - $140,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
