Overview *** This position is contingent upon contract award *** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Operations Specialist/Finance Analyst to support a services contract in Doha, Qatar. Essential Job Duties Support the program management team. Support the program Finance Manager. Track program performance data. Manage program data using Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Power BI, and other automation tools. Support deployment preparations for employees including travel scheduling, LOAs, CAC cards, work visa coordination. Support planning efforts. Prepare and track purchase requests in support of programs. Track program financial objectives, budgets, and schedules. Maintain monthly Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) for the program. Monitor costs and subcontractor/vendor financial performance and billing. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete billing to the customer. Interface with corporate finance team. Prepare reports. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Associates degree with 6 years of experience may be substituted. 4 years of financial management experience with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government program. Proficient written and verbal communicator. Expertise with Costpoint accounting system and Microsoft Excel required. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications. Preferred Qualifications Proficient written and verbal communicator. Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Power BI tools. Proficient in Microsoft Project. Proficient in Maximo. Expertise with Costpoint accounting system and Microsoft Excel required. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications. Work Environment Reston, VA office environment with potential for some temporary duty at program location. Some days with long hours, and weekend duties.
