    Link Solutions is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join our team at Program Executive Office Simulation, Training and Instrumentation in Orlando, FL.

     

    + Must be a US Citizen

    + DoD Secret Clearance required

    + Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

     

    The Information Security Analyst will be responsible for supporting the US Army’s PEO STRI in Orlando, FL. This role involves using current information security technology disciplines and practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Government information assets.

    Responsibilities:

    + Maintaining security policies and standards.

    + Ensuring compliance throughout the organization.

    + Provide Risk Management Framework, circuit/system accreditation, and certification policy services.

    + Participate in the development or modification of the computer environment IA security program plans and, requirements.

    + Develop procedures to ensure system users are aware of their IA responsibilities before granting access to DoD information systems

    + Provide analytical support to identify possible security risks or violations.

    + Ensure IA requirements are integrated into the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) for that system or DoD Component

    + Ensure IA security requirements are appropriately identified in computer environment operation procedures and collect and maintain data needed to meet system IA reporting requirements.

    + Work with system owners to close IAVMs/ICVMs and open plans of action and milestones (POA&Ms) in accordance with DoD.

    + US Citizen

    + DoD Secret Clearance

    + IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.)

    + Four (4+) years of relevant experience with a comprehensive understanding of information security.

    + Experience performing Information Assurance functions and using RMF IT security controls and policies.

    + Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

    + Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

    Preferred:

    + BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field.

    + Migration of systems and services to a cloud environment.

    + IAT Level III Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8140 (CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, etc.).

    + Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.

    + Problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.

    + Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

    + Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
