Up to $25,000 Sign-On BonusLocation: Elmira, NY
Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift

We are currently hiring a Polysomnography Technologist for the night shift to perform overnight sleep studies and provide exceptional care to patients with sleep disorders. In addition to a rewarding and specialized career path, qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000.
What You’ll Do:
+ Conduct overnight sleep studies including diagnostic, PAP titration, MSLT, and MWT procedures
+ Apply electrodes and sensors according to industry standards and perform equipment calibration
+ Monitor and record data related to sleep stages, respiratory events, cardiac rhythms, limb movements, and more
+ Identify and respond to clinical events during the study, ensuring patient safety and comfort
+ Perform post-study duties including data review, scoring, equipment cleanup, and patient education
+ Collaborate with physicians and sleep center staff to deliver comprehensive care
+ Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and documentation standards
+ Participate in quality improvement and routine equipment maintenance
Who We’re Looking For:
+ Graduate of an accredited Polysomnographic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, or Nursing program
+ Credentialed as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or eligible within 18 months of hire
+ Licensed in the State of New York as a Polysomnographic Technologist, Respiratory Therapist, or Respiratory Therapy Technician
+ Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
+ Strong communication, technical, and patient care skills
+ Comfortable working independently on overnight shifts
