**Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate or a Mid-Level Quality Engineer to support **Air Dominance Proprietary Programs** in **Berkeley, MO** .

Position Responsibilities

+ Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation.

+ Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

+ Analyzes capability assessments to support supplier selection activities.

+ Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.

+ Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness. Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.

+ Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.

+ Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

+ Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ 1+ years of manufacturing experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 1+ years of experience leading and executing Advance Product Quality Planning Activities (APQP)

+ 1+ years of experience developing/managing metrics and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA)

+ Top Secret Clearance – preferred

+ Experience with new development programs

+ Experience documenting corrective actions and non-conformance

+ Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience or military experience

Typical** **Education/Experience:

**Level 2** : Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

**Level 3:** Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.

**Summary Pay Range** :

Level 2: $77,400 - $94,600

Level 3: $93,600 - $114,400
