As a Sr. Workday Technical Analyst, you'll be the go-to expert in multiple technical and application areas, providing invaluable consultation and innovative solutions for impactful projects. You'll ensure seamless integration and coordination across Information Systems (IS), while planning, designing, and implementing cutting-edge technical infrastructure to drive business success.
In this role, you'll meticulously document technical costs, explore feasibility options, and assess potential risks, ensuring well-informed decision-making. You'll thrive in an environment that values independence, working autonomously on assignments both within and beyond your unit.

+ Support Software Development
+ Assess technical needs and translate them into technical plans
+ Provide technical support for projects
+ Plan, design, and implement technical infrastructure to support business objectives
+ •Perform system integration activities for projects (technical integration testing, inoperability assessments, etc)
+ Deliver timely, cost-effective application/technical solutions for projects
+ Perform technical reviews
+ Proactively define and deliver application/technical infrastructure
+ Accountable for system stability in appropriate area of responsibility
+ Develop Business Opportunities
+ Apply broad understanding of hardware and software to business problems
+ Determine timeframe for deliverables
+ Support Business Analyst activities related to documenting costs, options, feasibility, risks, etc.
+ Ensure proposed technical solutions fit with infrastructure and architecture standards
+ Support System Stability
+ Ensure problem resolution and project integration
+ Provide expert back-up for the various systems/applications/technologies for applicable area of responsibility
+ Provide final review and sign-off for all projects
Hiring Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
+ 5+ years of experience in related field.
+ In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
Preferred Skills
+ Workday integration experience including Studio and EIB integrations highly preferred
+ Experience with Adaptive, Prism, and Extend
+ Experience mentoring junior level Workday integration resources.
+ Finance integration specific experience not required
Salary Range
At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. Our base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package that includes an Annual Incentive Bonus*, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and competitive health benefits and wellness programs.

$84,000.00 - $152,200.00
