    What are your contributions to the team?

     

    + Change analysis and manufacturing impact statements for proposed engineering changes

    + Change analysis and manufacturing impact statements for released engineering changes

    + Attending change triage meetings, technical review boards, change boards, etc for pending engineering changes

    + Coordinating with shop ME team to understand tooling impacts for changes

    + Analyzes feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production and developing written business case presentations

    + Analyzes requirements and initiates tool design requests

    + Initiates change documents required for implementation of change

    + Participate and collaborate in a cross functional, matrixed environment

    + Participate and/or present in team and executive meetings

    + Develop and implement work arounds for the assembly line through work instructions and/or shop aides

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment

    + Monitors and maintains project status

     

    How to thrive in this role?

     

    + Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Methods, Manufacturing Engineering, or related area

    + Must have working knowledge of Project Management principles

    + Must have working knowledge of lean principles

    + Must have working knowledge of basic quality management tools

    + Must have working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Point, Excel, SharePoint and Teams

    + Must have ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications

    ADDITIONAL DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    + Configuration analysis experience

    + Catia or CAD software interrogation experience

    + Structural assembly manufacturing background

    + SAP Routing and BOM experience
