    Position Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent or associate’s degree required (for LPN only) required

    Current licensure as an LPN, EMT or certification as a CNA in the State of Michigan required

    1 year of experience in a long term care clinical position required

    3 years of experience in long term care preferred

     

    Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (available upon hire)

     

    Annual influenza vaccination or declination required

    Position Details:

    0.6-0.9 FTE (24 to 36 hours per week)

     

    Day shifts (later morning start time) - 8 hour shifts

     

    Every other weekend

    Rotating holidays
