Description We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment where you will manage contract lifecycles and support operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, efficiency, and collaboration in handling legal documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate a variety of contracts, including MSAs, MCAs, and SOWs, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Draft amendments, extensions, and terminations with clear and concise language.

• Oversee the electronic management of contracts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring accessibility.

• Provide guidance on contract templates, assisting teams in selecting the appropriate format.

• Administer workflows for contract approvals and execution, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Collections, to communicate contract statuses effectively.

• Utilize legal department software, including DocuSign, Linksquares, and SharePoint, to streamline processes.

• Ensure adherence to contract law principles and organizational policies during the drafting and management process.

• Monitor and maintain data integrity within the contract management system (CMS). Requirements • Proven experience in drafting and managing contracts, including amendments and terminations.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and analyze legal documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management tools like DocuSign.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.

• Familiarity with contract law principles and corporate legal operations.

• Experience working with contract lifecycle management systems and related technologies.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
