Description We are looking for an experienced Manager of Benefits to lead and expand our insurance and benefits department in Sandy, Utah. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success and scalability of our programs, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase participation in health plans by fostering strong relationships with brokers and expanding program offerings.
• Identify risks within health plan utilization and create innovative solutions to address client and customer needs.
• Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty by improving Net Promoter Scores through direct interactions and upgrades to plan offerings.
• Provide leadership and motivation to the team, ensuring alignment with department goals and objectives.
• Monitor and achieve departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) while prioritizing efficiency and growth.
• Manage budgets and financial goals to ensure profitability and scalability of the benefits department.
• Assess and optimize benefit platforms to improve operational efficiency and enhance program satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and stakeholders to build trust and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Utilize persuasive communication and diplomacy to foster strong relationships with clients and brokers. Requirements • At least 5 years of experience leading a benefits department or brokerage.
• Proven track record in sales or account management roles.
• Strong expertise in financial management and profitability analysis.
• Proficiency in benefit platform technologies and associated systems.
• Demonstrated ability to design and manage effective benefit plans.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with clients and brokers.
• Effective communication skills with a focus on persuasion and diplomacy.
