Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our client's team in the Linden, New Jersey area. In this role, you will collaborate closely with plant leadership and employees to support organizational goals and foster a productive work environment. As a trusted partner, you will play a vital role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Salary is 90,000-100,000.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with line leaders to enhance plant performance and achieve operational goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members and leaders on HR-related matters.
• Implement and support people plans that align with organizational objectives.
• Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to address workplace concerns and promote a positive culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards in all HR practices.
• Lead and participate in HR projects that impact the facility, driving continuous improvement.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Oversee benefits administration, including FMLA and other leave programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Support talent management efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and utilize systems like ADP Workforce Now and Dayforce for reporting and data management.

Requirements
• Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• MUST be bilingual in spanish.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Dayforce, and ATS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with FMLA guidelines and other leave management processes.
• Experience with HR project management and driving organizational initiatives.
