Description We are looking for a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation team in San Francisco, California. This position is an excellent opportunity for a licensed attorney seeking to expand their expertise in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary attorney on assigned cases, managing all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution.

• Represent clients during court appearances, mediations, and depositions.

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Oversee discovery processes, including document review, interrogatories, and depositions.

• Collaborate with clients to provide updates and develop case strategies.

• Prepare cases for trial, including pre-trial motions and evidence preparation.

• Participate in trial proceedings as necessary, ensuring comprehensive representation.

• Work closely with partners and other team members to develop and execute effective litigation strategies.

• Maintain accurate and organized case files using case management and document management software.

• Stay current with legal developments and best practices in civil litigation. Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active bar admission and license to practice law in California.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation or related legal practice.

• Proficiency in legal research, drafting motions, and preparing for court appearances.

• Familiarity with case management and document management software, such as 3M and Adobe Acrobat.

• Strong skills in discovery, including handling complaints and claims administration.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
