    Description

    Orlando company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The company is looking for a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist will include, but not limited to the following.

     

    -- Research and resolve of customer credit card chargebacks.

     

    -- Maintain documentation of all credit card chargebacks.

     

    -- Follow-up with credit card companies on a regular and timely basis.

     

    -- Communicate with finance teams and/or customer service managers for any additional information for chargebacks.

     

    -- Prepare vendor records for refunds.

     

    -- Enter all documentation & process refund requests.
