Description We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual who can drive collaboration between IT and business teams, ensuring seamless integration of processes and solutions. Based in Woburn, Massachusetts, this hybrid position involves working in the office from Tuesday to Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, flexible, and innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Lead discussions to evaluate and recommend process improvements and technology integrations that align with organizational goals.
• Proactively identify opportunities for IT to enhance business operations and communicate these effectively to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary bridge between IT teams and business partners, fostering effective communication and driving change initiatives.
• Analyze and document comprehensive business requirements using techniques such as process mapping and requirements traceability.
• Develop user-friendly solutions that prioritize end-user adoption and productivity.
• Oversee the creation of clear documentation throughout all project phases, including requirements, processes, and testing plans.
• Partner with Quality Assurance teams to validate test scripts, perform system testing, and execute testing plans.
• Mentor team members, providing peer reviews and guidance to improve overall team performance.
• Design and deliver training sessions to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business analysis or related fields.
• At least 6 years of experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, or system support.
• Strong expertise in communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in a complex environment.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, system integration, and configuration management.
• Experience in process improvement, testing, and quality assurance methods.
• Proficient in designing and delivering end-user training programs.
