    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a logistics team in Carmel, Indiana. The role involves handling both outbound and inbound calls, ensuring seamless coordination for vehicle transportation services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule vehicle transportation services.

    • Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries and provide support.

    • Coordinate with carriers to arrange vehicle transports efficiently.

    • Maintain accurate records of transportation arrangements using order entry systems.

    • Communicate with customers via email to confirm schedules and provide updates.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and track logistics information.

    • Ensure timely and detail-oriented scheduling of appointments related to transportation services.

    • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and logistical challenges.

    • Follow company protocols to ensure high-quality customer service.

    • Provide exceptional support in a call center environment while adhering to industry standards.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or call center operations.

     

    • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

    • Strong skills in data entry and order processing.

    • Familiarity with logistics or transportation industry practices.

    • Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and tracking.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence.

    • Ability to schedule appointments and manage time effectively.
