Description

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Piscataway, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to both administrative and project-based functions within the HR department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to provide exceptional support to the HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage daily reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Approve and oversee system workflows to maintain operational efficiency.

• Assist with audits and special HR projects as assigned by the Manager of HR.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR initiatives.

• Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools to complete tasks effectively.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive data.

• Support the coordination and execution of employee benefit functions and background checks.

Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field.

• Associate’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Availability to work onsite five days a week.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.

• Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now or Ceridian is a plus. TalentMatch®
