Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Treasury Analyst to join our team in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in managing global treasury operations, ensuring liquidity, and optimizing cash flow. This position involves collaborating with internal teams and external banking partners to maintain compliance and improve financial processes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash positions and ensuring adequate liquidity.
• Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Manage bank account administration, including setup, maintenance, and compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
• Conduct foreign exchange (FX) transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and report on the performance of investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Support debt compliance activities, including preparation of required documentation and adherence to covenants.
• Utilize treasury and banking software to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Prepare internal treasury reports and present key financial insights to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of treasury functions.
• Collaborate with external banking partners to resolve issues and maintain effective relationships.
Requirements • Proven experience in corporate treasury or related financial roles.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, FX trading, and investment oversight.
• Proficiency in using treasury and banking software, including Oracle and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience managing KYC and other compliance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex financial data.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external banking partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
