Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in San Juan Bautista, California. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in financial reconciliations, month-end processes, and general ledger management. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting systems and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Handle balance sheet reconciliations and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.

• Manage bank reconciliations, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with financial records.

• Oversee general ledger activities, including creating and reviewing journal entries.

• Lead month-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met and reports are accurate.

• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP to manage financial data.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all accounting practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and financial reporting.

• Analyze financial data and generate reports to assist in decision-making processes.

• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial reporting.

• Strong knowledge of balance sheet and bank reconciliation processes.

• Proficiency in general ledger management and journal entry creation.

• Expertise in month-end close procedures and financial statement preparation.

• Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
