Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Data Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in East Windsor, New Jersey. This role involves leveraging your expertise in data visualization and analysis to create impactful dashboards and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Power BI and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design dynamic dashboards using Power BI to present complex financial data in an easy-to-understand format.

• Analyze financial datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver customized solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all dashboards and reports.

• Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to highlight key performance metrics.

• Maintain and optimize existing dashboards to meet evolving business requirements.

• Provide training and support to team members on Power BI functionalities.

• Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in data analysis and visualization. Requirements • Proven experience in designing and creating dashboards using Power BI.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and techniques.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.

• Prior experience in a financial or data analysis role is highly desirable.
