• Programmer Analyst

    Description We are looking for a skilled Programmer Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to design and develop innovative enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in software development, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Python and Dash frameworks.

    • Build and enhance user interfaces with a focus on performance and usability.

    • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support seamless integration with various systems.

    • Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, SageMaker, and CloudFormation to build scalable cloud-based solutions.

    • Work with relational and non-relational databases including SQL Server, Snowflake, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

    • Implement DevOps best practices using tools like GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring system reliability and performance.

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet organizational goals and timelines.

    • Apply analytical and critical thinking to solve business challenges using lean/agile methodologies.

    • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality software solutions successfully. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in developing enterprise applications.

    • Proficiency in Python programming and Dash framework development.

    • Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, S3, and SageMaker.

    • Strong knowledge of building and maintaining RESTful APIs.

    • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server, Snowflake, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

    • Experience with DevOps tools like GitLab, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
