    Basic Job Functions:

    The role of the Roll Mill shift supervisor includes coordinating the plant safety/quality culture and operational processes for the production team. They will take a leadership position at all times in regards to the NYS initiatives of Providing an Injury Free Workplace Team Development and improving Bottom Line Results. They will be expected to work toward and support the short and long term goals of Nucor, NYS, and the Rolling Mill. This position will require working on multiple tasks, communicating with all departments, and developing the team in order to take care of our customers in all aspects including Quality/Productivity and Costs. The position will require rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, along with other activities on days off if necessary. [[cust_safetyState]]

    Minimum Requirements:

    One year of leadership experience
