    Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Acquisition Clerk to join our team in Rochester, New York. This is a Contract-to-permanent position offering the opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of our vehicle fleet while supporting our rental operations. As part of our team, you will handle critical tasks related to vehicle registration, documentation, and operational processes to ensure smooth and compliant fleet management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage vehicle registration renewals, including processing expired plate requests and coordinating with branch offices.

    • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for vehicle titles and registration tracking across the fleet.

    • Assist with inspecting and signing for newly purchased or transferred vehicles upon arrival.

    • Create and distribute necessary stickers, decals, and other fleet-related documents.

    • Oversee the operational and financial installation of new and used vehicles for daily and truck rental operations.

    • Process vehicle payments using PeopleSoft and communicate financial needs to the Business Management team.

    • Coordinate the movement of documents between branches and administrative offices.

    • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries from branches and other departments. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in the rental or leasing industry.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with vehicle registration and documentation processes is highly desirable.

    • Proficiency with office software, including PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office applications.

    • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various departments and branch offices.
