Description
We are looking for a skilled Mobile Support Engineer to join our team in San Jose, CA 95113. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting device intelligence systems and ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical support for the integration and usage of our mobile SDK on iOS and Android platforms.
+ Develop sample apps and code snippets to guide and assist clients with SDK integration.
+ Troubleshoot and debug customer issues related to SDK integration and usage, ensuring timely resolutions.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and support teams across the globe.
+ Work efficiently to manage and resolve technical customer tickets, documenting solutions and improving the customer experience.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
+ Mobile App Development: Hands-on experience in building apps on both iOS (Objective-C/Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin).
+ Technical Communication: Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively through email and phone.
+ Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Git, Android Studio, Xcode, Jira, and Confluence.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
+ Experience with modern UI frameworks such as SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, Flutter, or React Native.
+ Knowledge of online fraud prevention concepts and technologies.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and debug websites, including analyzing tags, tracking network traffic, and leveraging browser developer tools.
Education & Experience
+ Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is welcomed.
+ Experience: 1–2 years of experience in mobile app development combined with a technical support/customer-facing role.
