Description

We are looking for a Controller to join our team in Danvers, Massachusetts. The Controller will manage day-to-day accounting functions, handle financial statements, and work closely with the team to ensure the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger

• Utilize accounting software systems effectively to ensure efficient financial operations

• Collaborate closely with warehouse members and contribute to inventory management

• Implement and monitor budget processes, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives

• Perform month-end close processes and prepare financial statements

• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain the integrity of financial data

• Manage financial applications to streamline accounting processes

• Oversee Accounting Functions including the management of financial data and the preparation of financial reports

• Ensure accurate record keeping and timely financial reporting.

Requirements

• Solid understanding and experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Proficiency in CRM

• Knowledge and experience in various Accounting Functions

• Proven skills in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Past experience in Auditing preferred

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Ability to handle Month End Close activities

• Experience working with General Ledger
