Description We are looking for an experienced Construction Paralegal to join our team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of paralegal expertise, including at least three years of focused experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal support for construction-related cases, including preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents.

• Manage case files and maintain accurate records using case management software.

• Draft and edit legal briefs, contracts, and other construction-related documents.

• Coordinate claim administration processes and ensure timely resolution of disputes.

• Oversee calendar management for hearings, deadlines, and appointments.

• Utilize tools such as Aderant and CompuLaw to streamline billing and legal workflows.

• Conduct detailed research and analysis for construction claims and legal matters.

• Prepare and file documents using systems like ACRIS and Adobe Acrobat.

• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders to facilitate case progress. Requirements • Minimum of five years of paralegal experience, with at least three years in construction law.

• Proficiency in legal software such as Aderant, CompuLaw, and case management systems.

• Strong skills in drafting, briefing, and reviewing legal documents.

• Experience with claim administration and managing construction-related legal matters.

• Advanced knowledge of tools like Adobe Acrobat and ACRIS for document preparation and filing.

• Exceptional organizational and calendar management abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work on-site in Miami, Florida.
