Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with precision and accuracy.
• Manage case files using case management software and ensure timely updates.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and decision-making.
• Prepare and present briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle civil litigation cases, including claim administration and complaint resolution.
• Oversee document management processes to maintain compliance and organization.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure effective communication and case progression.
• Utilize tools like Adobe Acrobat and Conveyancer to streamline legal workflows.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on consumer electronics-related claims and disputes.
Requirements • Proven experience as an Attorney/Lawyer with a strong background in civil litigation.
• Proficiency in using case management and document management software.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Conveyancer.
• Ability to draft, edit, and review legal documents with a high level of detail.
• Strong skills in claim administration and complaint handling.
• Knowledge of legal processes related to consumer electronics cases.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
