Description We are looking for a dedicated Paralegal to support a real estate and probate law firm in Bulverde, Texas. This is a Contract position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple legal tasks efficiently. The role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with attorneys, draft legal documents, and ensure smooth case management.

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and wills, under attorney guidance.

• Prepare and send correspondence to attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders regarding case updates and transmittal information.

• Manage voicemail and answering service communications to ensure timely responses.

• Utilize legal reference materials, such as law books, to support case research and preparation.

• Maintain and organize calendars to track important deadlines and appointments.

• Assist with probate and estate administration tasks, ensuring compliance with legal processes.

• Conduct thorough reviews of case files to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with attorneys to address client needs and case-specific requirements. Requirements • Proven experience working as a paralegal, particularly in real estate and probate law.

• Strong knowledge of probate and estate administration procedures.

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including wills and pleadings.

• Excellent organizational and calendar management skills.

• Ability to compose correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Critical thinking skills to analyze and address case-related challenges.

• Familiarity with legal research tools and resources.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
