As aBartenderat Villa Restaurant Group, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of beverages, providing Exceptional Guest Service, and ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant. You will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests through your bartending skills and engaging personality.

What You’ll Do:

+ Beverage Preparation:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, according to recipes and established standards.

+ Guest Service:Provide Exceptional Guest Service by greeting Guests, taking orders, and making menu recommendations. Engage with Guests, build rapport, and create a positive dining experience.

+ Bar Setup and Maintenance:Set up the bar area, ensuring it is well-stocked with all necessary supplies, including liquor, glassware, garnishes, and utensils. Monitor and manage inventory levels.

+ Mixology:Create unique and innovative cocktails, staying updated on industry trends. Ensure the correct use of ingredients, techniques, and equipment to consistently deliver high-quality beverages.

+ Cash Handling:Handle cash, credit card payments, and operate the cash register accurately. Adhere to cash-handling policies and procedures.

+ Safety and Sanitation:Follow health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service and food safety practices. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the bar area.

+ Teamwork:Collaborate with other restaurant Team Members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure a seamless dining experience for Guests. Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.

+ Knowledge Sharing:Stay informed about the restaurant's menu, promotions, and special events. Share this information with customers to enhance their dining experience.

What You’ll Need:

+ Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.

+ Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, mixology, and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

+ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

+ Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a team player mentality.

+ Familiarity with local liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices.

+ Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

+ Standing for extended periods.

+ Lifting and carrying trays of beverages and supplies.

+ Bending, stooping, and reaching.
