• Part Time Accounting Specialist

    Description

    Responsibilities:

    + Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

    + Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

    + Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings

    + Maintain and update financial records and documentation

    + Prepare financial reports as requested

    + Support payroll processing (if applicable)

    + Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

    + Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding billing and payment issues

    Requirements

    Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

     

    2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles

     

    Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)

     

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

     

    Excellent communication and time management abilities

     

    Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
