Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Corporate Attorney to join our team in Sacramento, California. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage complex legal cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring strategic and effective outcomes.

• Provide legal counsel on business and real estate transactions, corporate matters, tax planning, and estate management.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with precision and attention to detail.

• Advise on intellectual property issues, ensuring compliance and protection of assets.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective legal strategies.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and decision-making.

• Represent clients in litigation, showcasing strong advocacy and negotiation skills.

• Maintain a current understanding of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

• Foster a collegial and collaborative work environment while contributing to team success. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, real estate transactions, tax planning, and related areas.

• Proven expertise in drafting contracts, handling business litigation, and estate planning.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and research abilities.

• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in good standing in California.

• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Adobe Acrobat, HRMS, and ACRIS.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently manage multiple priorities.
