Description We are looking for a skilled Transactional Attorney to join our team in Santa Rosa, California. In this role, you will handle a wide range of legal matters, including real estate transactions, commercial agreements, and business formations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex projects that require precision and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for real estate transactions.

• Prepare and review commercial lease agreements for clients.

• Develop, analyze, and finalize contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

• Advise clients on business formation processes and legal structures.

• Manage mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction documentation.

• Provide strategic counsel on transactional matters to support client objectives.

• Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure seamless handling of cases.

• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting transactional practices.

• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and decision-making. Requirements • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in the state of California.

• Proven experience in commercial real estate transactions and contractual law.

• Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions processes.

• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective communication and client relationship management skills.
