    Description We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, ensuring the integrity of our database systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment while honing your administrative and organizational skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input data from various sources into the company’s database systems.

    • Process customer orders and ensure they are correctly recorded in the tracking system.

    • Conduct title research and verify the accuracy of entered information.

    • Maintain and update records to ensure data consistency and completeness.

    • Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies or incomplete information.

    • Perform routine administrative tasks to support data entry operations.

    • Adhere to company protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

    • Ensure data is entered in a timely manner to meet deadlines and operational requirements. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other basic computer applications.

    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

    • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and efficiency.

    • Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members.

    • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
