Description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Partner to join our law firm in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing the firm’s strategic objectives by leading practice areas, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional legal expertise, a proven track record in leadership, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored legal solutions.

• Lead and expand practice areas to align with the firm’s strategic goals and objectives.

• Identify business development opportunities and spearhead initiatives to attract new clients and engagements.

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to foster a cooperative and productive work environment.

• Mentor less experienced team members to support their growth and development.

• Oversee billing, compliance, and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to legal standards.

• Monitor and manage revenue streams, addressing past-due accounts and resolving payment issues.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the firm’s market position and client offerings. Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.

• At least 10 years of experience in legal practice, including managing significant client portfolios.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a law firm environment, with a history of overseeing teams or departments.

• Proficiency in legal billing systems such as TyMetrix, Serengeti, or Legal-X.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and a client-focused approach.

• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Familiarity with legal industry trends and the ability to leverage technology to enhance services.
