Description

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Counsel for a growing tech company in the San Francisco Bay Area! This position is remote and offers competitive benefits and compensation package.

Responsibilities:

+ Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts and SaaS agreements

+ Manage the contract lifecycle for the legal team

+ Assist in managing corporate governance and compliance matters

+ Collaborate with other departments and leadership teams

Requirements

+ Must have SaaS experience

+ Must have strong experience drafting and negotiating contracts on the sales-side

+ Must possession of a law degree and active membership in at least one state bar

+ Must have at least 2+ years of experience working as in-house counsel

+ Must have experience working cross-functionally within different departments, including with sales teams
