Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in FARMINGTON HILLS, Michigan. This role encompasses the legal industry, where you will be expected to manage multiple tasks, ensure precise record keeping, and handle customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Accurately process credit applications from customers.

• Utilize Case Management Software for efficient document management.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Apply your knowledge of Civil Litigation and Claim Administration in relevant scenarios.

• Use Conveyancer and other tools for effective briefing and legal analysis.

• Ensure effective communication through Microsoft Outlook and other platforms.

• Utilize Word, Excel, PowerPoint for various legal and office tasks.

• Engage in consumer electronics related matters when necessary

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license to practice law

• Experienced in using Case Management Software

• Knowledgeable in Conveyancer and Document Management

• Excellent briefing skills

• Must have experience in Civil Litigation

• Able to handle Claim Administration efficiently

• Expert in handling complaints

• Familiarity with Consumer Electronics

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and team members

• Must have a high level of attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven track record of ethical and detail-oriented behavior

• Must be committed to continuous learning and detail-oriented development.
